โ โ โ โ โ This clinic is awesome.My both child under Dr.Tan.Its true he dont ask many question but his actions speak better than words.his medicine the best.the price is okay.
Full packed.good medicine good doctor.what else you need,worth waiting!
All you wait is for your child to get better,and I'm very sure your child will get better!That's for sure!

Yes, like others said open before doctor arrive. And we know it's normal. We as parents choose your place for our kids, doctor come late is ok but when your turn to see him, he only ask your kids situation and like didn't check well. Just give whatever we as parents mention about the sick of our little one. All patient only able to meet him 1minite. Do you think we can ask him further? Judge yourself.
Already with this doctor few year time, but service of the doctor become worse and worse.
Please be a professional doctor.
However, Nurse explanation how to consume medicine is clear.
Nurse did a good job than the doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ I dun usually give reviews, but seeing so many one star here really upsets me. I have sent my baby to this Dr since he was an infant, been under Dr tan's care for a year. Those who gave one star r those who usually don't understand, that they're seeing a paediatrician, not a GP. The price we pay here is definitely not the usual specialist price. I say it's way much affordable for middle income ppl, to bring our kids to see a child specialist. Even the medicine, for five types of medicine and all in less than rm150. I would say its fair. Go n try out the usual paediatrician, n u will experience the consultation fee alone costs u rm150-200. Plus medicine will usually end up around rm300. Regarding the long wait n Dr coming in late, this is the clinic's system. Any clinic tat is busy n always full of patients will have something similar, even my favourite GP. Anytime of the day, I had to take my number n wait... 2-3 hours. So far I've never waited more than 2 hours here. But I would advise parents to take ur queue the moment the clinic opens. N ask the nurse what time Dr usually comes in, then u estimate what time u wana come in and wait. Regarding his service - yes, its quick, n short, but efficient. Being a very thorough n fussy mother, I wanto see the Dr cek the specific things I had in mind - n he did them all, not much words, but at least I'm assured tat my son isn't having any scary contagious disease. We don't need the doc to entertain or comfort us, all we need is a diagnosis, how to care n how long will it take to get well. All done in two minutes.

Prevent all patients and parents waiting inside with full of patients
PLS UPGRADE YOUR QUE SYSTEM !
Use apps or Whatapps notified for patient to standby
Some are prefer to wait in the car instead.
