★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome food and great service! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a great restaurant meal with terrific flavors and are in the area.
Situated near many well known hotels, Chynna is on the 5th floor of the Hilton Hotel.
For two people we ordered the following:
Fried Rice w/ XO sauce
Sweet and sour soup
Tofu dish
1/4 roast duck
Tiger beer
Chinese tea
All dishes were magnificent! I was traveling with a seasoned local to the region who validated my thoughts. Well worth the visit.
Shout out to Emiley and Khathjah who served us! They were very friendly and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dim Sum here is superb and so fresh. Had to order the har gow, truffles gow, scallops gow etc. The fried rice need a shoutout !! It taste devine and goes so well with their homemade chilli paste. Finish it off with a cooling mango pomelo dessert. The staff was so attentive and polite. Highly recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner at chyanna. Really nice ambience. Unexpected good food , so far chyanna , shanghai , li yen , lai poh heen and tao at intercontinental served excellent chinese food. Shang palace , lai ching yuen , red , xin , celestial court and dynasty so so only. Below hotel standards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dim sum during the day is excellent, wide selection and fresh. The custard steam bun and other array of dim sum were good. Being happy with our dim sum meal, we decided to book dinner for New Year’s Eve of 2022 but was left extremely disappointed. The lamb, roasted duck and even some desserts were sold out and we weren’t informed. Left a bad taste in our mouth. Won’t be going back anytime soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed, I came here 10 years ago and the food was superb, not anymore.
Considering hotel food quality it was okay and it isn’t equivalent to Mandarin Oriental or Four Seasons.
Service wasn’t great too. It was difficult to communicate with the waitress. When we were asking for dish recommendation she ended up stating what they have “we have chicken, beef, lamb”. So an Indian waitress helped us and she was helpful but they ended up fighting in front of us.
Also, we ordered rice and chilli oil from the same waitress and repetitively ordered but it was hard for them to bring it out. We switched to 2 languages and it was still hard to communicate. She then stared at us as if we did something wrong.
Total price was RM770 for 5 people. I think it’s better if you eat by Mandarin Oriental, it’s more expensive but after 20% off with certain credit card, the price is about the same. You get better food and friendlier staff with better communication.
