★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation but staff seemed really blur when we came.
Service was not good. No one would serve us when we call them till we had to walk over to the counter ourselves to make an order. Staff attitude was rude.
We tried many cakes there and it doesn't taste good. Drinks was bad too and price was expensive.
Environment was pretty noisy because of the weekend, not a suitable place for chit chatting and meet-ups with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Latte priced at rm26 is outrageous. Wish i knew the price before ordering, but was craving for coffee and everywhere else was closed. I knew and expected that price would be inflated as this is after all a cafe in a hotel, but rm26 is just too much. That said, coffee was not bad and the server was polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Classic Baked Cheesecake on the 30th of July. The entire process and outcome was extremely disappointing considering Hilton's prestige and reputation.
Firstly, Service was disappointing when we went to collect the cake. The staff were clearly lacking proper communication and barely knew that an order was due at the time and had to ask for the order information again causing us to have to wait for at least another half an hour.
Secondly, the design of the cake was far from the original design making the cake look almost messy and not worth the money.
Lastly and most importantly, the cake tasted like a pile of sugar with barely any cheese being tasted in the cheesecake. The cake base was even more sugary and was nauseating to even consume.
Overall, definitely did not expect a Cafe associated with Hilton to be of such quality and will definitely not be making any more orders in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at around 1:15pm to collect the cake that was ordered days beforehand and told them we’ll collect around 12:30pm, it’s now 2:03pm and we’re still waiting for the cake!! It seems that the cream on the cake is messed up, hence the delay. Shouldn’t everything be ready and waiting FOR THE CUSTOMER, not the customer waiting FOR YOU? It’s a birthday cake and we’re already an hour late, the cake still isn’t ready as I type!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Hi Tea at KL Hilton need reservation on weekends, decided to try out this Oro Cafe. The Nyonya Curry Laksa was a bit of let down as the broth was lack of the "kick" like I had in melacca but still a satisfying bowl of laksa. There is also varieties of cakes here which I have tried it many times and it was good.
