I'd like to update my review and give it a better rating. Though the product ordered was delayed in delivery but it is understandable due to C-19 and goods coming into Malaysia will surely be held at customs, etc. The product - Compex SP6.0 works well (origins from Europe, Swiss technology) and am happy with it. Javian delivered the good to me personally late night and conveyed his apologies which is humbling. HIs explanation given earlier was a wake up call that there's room for improvement especially in customer service and I'm not saying that all is good and fine so the management has to be more responsive and reply sooner and ensure that giving out both mobile numbers and not responding to messages doesn't look good and only raises concern if the company is legit or not. Forgive my persistence but it was a high ticket item that I invested and not getting the replies that I was chasing for only made me worried. But all is now forgiven and settled. Give Herculife a chance to improve and serve you better.

I am still awaiting the refund of my deposit after having rented and returned a piece of equipment two weeks ago. The company was very efficient in taking payment and yet they seem much less eager to return money that is rightfully mine.

On behalf of the team, we apologise for the inconvenience or low performance of our our customer service support lately. This is mainly due to that we work from home, cut down our workforce and face immense pressure from all parties include logistical hindrance and supply chains, caused by pandemic situations. We may be unable to attend to some queries, or miss the shipping timeline and may missed some calls. However be rest assured that all our team members are working diligently attend to your case and get them resolve asap. To those who give us bad ratings, we are blessed, as you are the reason for us to learn from our shortcomings and improve. Thank you!

Worst experience ever, delivery was delayed 2 months, no reply from customer service, worst experience ever, if you are not ready to be servicing in the medical field, please don’t do so. People with special needs require certain equipment to be able to carry out normal daily lives.

I have already written one review on this company but since my original review is no longer visible once the company responded with their false response I writing another one from a different account to warn others. I ordered the item that was no longer produced and was hard to come by from different places but still showed as in stock on herculife.com eshop but for weeks there was no change in order status from "processing". When I sent questions regarding order status on eshop email and written on their portal chat to ask what's going on or get a refund in case they are unable to fulfill the order I just received an invitation to a ticket portal and phone number where I can call on in urgent cases. After a month of not getting any answers since I submitted the order and tried all cost-free communication methods (email, chat, ticket portal) I contacted company staff on provided number where staff assured me they will contact suppliers and call me back in a few days. They never called back, and when I tried to call again they responded through SMS where they assured me that they are working on it, and when I asked again later they changed the story to "delivery is on the way from the original product producer from France", but when I contacted official manufacturer UK branch shop they told me that they don't have any more of discontinued items and this shady shop never contacted UK shop nor ordered from France, just was redirected from France to contact UK branch, while herculife.com was also asked to remove discontinued item from their eshop offer by official item manufacturer. When I wrote through SMS to company staff again that I know about them lying to me and asked again to refund my money back they stop communicating with me through SMS completely. I tried to ask for a refund through SMS one more time 12 weeks after I ordered as this was the only way I received any answer at this point but they kept ignoring me. Thus I contacted PayPal to issue a refund through them which showed to be a much quicker solution once I depleted ways you would achieve a refund with any decent company. I received confirmation from the bank that a refund is on way but despite that, this shady company still tried to blackmail me into removing my review in order to receive a refund even when at this point they got no control over withholding my money. After I received my money back they responded to my google review with the excuse that they did not send me my money back because I did not send them an email request, despite the fact that my email request with an explanation of order status or refund If they cannot fulfill the order was previously already responded with phone number and ticket portal invitation, both of which use lead to nowhere even when I contacted them through phone directly and making two side SMS communication with them 2 months later. Since this company responded to my original negative google review, this review was is no longer visible to the public but only to me when signed into my google account. I was not able to solve this issue to warn others as it seems to be a pretty common google services issue while the effort of sending evidence about this company to Malaysian police likely led to nowhere as this company is happily still operating and offering items even if they are no longer produced nor is this company capable deliver them. So, if you got an issue with getting your money back just contact Paypal or your local bank to solve issues this company will likely cause you in a timely manner.
