They have a variety of venues for you to organize parties, launching, concerts etc. Helpful and friendly staff to aid you and more so, they have ample parking spaces catering for guests and visitors to the event organized. The plus point, they do have a 7 eleven located within and also a cafe known as Room 203, open on weekdays. Affordable yet energy boosting coffee is served!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely office building with eco friendly features. Houses cool gym Babel and workplace called Common Ground. It also has a free art gallery serving the neighborhood and soon will open their performing arts theater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern office building with auto gate. The public washroom is big and very clean with good environment. Auto flush and water taip with sensors. The building is located in residence area with shop lot. It's quite convenient because of restaurant and mini market just nearby. There is small cafe, arts theater, art gallery, gym at rooftop. Good views from office because not blocked by another high floor office building.
