★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very helpful and responsive in Fb. Answering all my questions with details. I bought 2 units of ceiling fan from the PJ branch. And also ask for installation service. One of the reason i chose Cima because they provided installation service with reasonable price. They are not trying to chop you with high sky price. Everything is stated on the price list. On the installation day, the technician will call you before arriving to confirm you are at home. 2 men assisted the installation service. They provided good service including installing ceiling fan, relocate the lighting, wiring , clean up post installation and etc. Make sure everything done nicely for you without I voice up.Satisfied experience ! Definitely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing lighting fittings for most of my renovation projects from different branches of CIMA for 8 yrs already. The price is reasonable and there are wide choices to choose from...for my medium-end projects. Besides light fittings, product ranges from gas stoves to water heaters, ceiling fans, door bells, etc...on 3 floors.
Service is good and it is comfortable to shop at this branch. The staff always ready to help carry the purchases to the car. You can park easily right outside the building and do not need to worry about being too crowded.
