★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst western union I have ever visited I once tried to receive some money from overseas and they said that the amount was too big then a few months later they have no problem receiving the same amount the only problem this time however is that the system is offline and the third time, several months later they told me that the don't receive money they only send money. It's obvious that all three times they were lying but what irritates me is that there attitude is disgusting. Don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible i will not even give the 1 star... the HQ Jalan Ampang operator lady is rude and dump, just moment ago. I called to enquiries about the house bank loan, i hope speak to banker / sales person wanna ask current interest rate and she blurred and totally do not understand what i am saying and i explained again. Next she pass me to irrelevant department.. the person pick up phone asked why i call them ask about home loan, i said how am i supposed to know. The operator pass the line.. so he return the line bacl operator... and the lady hear my voice again she straight away drop my call and I am firm this is not accidentally... caused it happened twice... when i attmept for 2nd time also, she drop my call. So is bsn hire someone who not capable to work and serve customer this way?? I will advice HR please check and follow up this. Thanks.
