My parcel need to ship to Sarawak, they said cannot. Then i bring it to another branch of J&T, they said ok can post. Now the parcel arrive in Sawarak safely.
My parcel followed all the Air fright regulations of J&T for shipping to east Malaysia, why they said cannot pos?
Actually J&T is good logistics BUT sorry to say that tis branch services is BAD!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ❌Not recommend! This outlet’s staff just shaking legs and doing nothing! Management please take action and refer to CCTV if any. Parcel drop off morning, but scan very slowly, i only got the shipment update in evening. Staff chit chat each other and watching tiktok videos only even the basket of parcel is full. Really speechless! ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff do not know what to do and slow, and I think very hard to initiate the move for the next step.
Recently I went to this hub with a parcel under Lazada which using J&T courier because I was already near them and why not ask and drop off there. I went directly to the staff asking and showed the airway bill which obviously show under Lazada with J&T courier tracking, staff said okay to put in the basket. Later that day, I kept looking at the system, still not scanned.
Until midnight also not scanned, the next morning I brought another parcel with the same pattern, and went there also asked what happened to the yesterday's parcel which was not scanned and no movement. I politely asked, if can't drop off here let me take it back and drop at the another place where it could be accepted. Staff it is okay we will scan it again and accept my other parcel as well. So I waited for few minutes in my car, and look at the system still not scanned or processed. So I went back in, and staff saw and suddenly scanned and show it cannot be processed.
Well, you could have called me or inform me earlier(yesterday or instantly) or at least scan in front of me that it cannot be processed here even though it is using J&T courier. There, they have link telephone if cannot use personal mobile phone, at least inform it is cannot be processed and I have to take it back, and I am okay with that. Very simple, do not leave it just like that with no update, and kinda wasting time for buyer to receive, and my time too. I am saying this, just you guys can improve and the management guide the local staff to be more efficient. No harm.
