★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cimb bank ever!! I had my cheque rejected,reason did'nt put account number at the back of the cheque(keyed in the system). Usually my this practice is accepted in other cimb branches. Then the counter lady refused to return the cheque. Cause im not the signaturies. They asked for an authorization letter. Complained to the HQ about this. Worst branch ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. I went at 4:20pm, the normal branch hours close at 4:30 but I did not know they closed earlier at 3pm due to CMCO.
But rather than explain it to me, 1 staff at the door just walked away and the other was sitting right by the door playing with his phone, he then pointed at the small 3pm notice pasted on the door without even looking at me and continue playing with his phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother going to this branch to deposit your coins!! They don't even have the machine as of 20/9/2021. They only tell you to go to other branches and you have to gamble your luck. No alternatives even for other methods of deposit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ collaboration with old town white coffee. You can have your breakfast while waiting for your turn as q number will be display. Dont have many parking lots but you can park at the road side if you only intend to withdraw from atm. Banking service quite fast.
