Im not sure why this isnt available on google maps as it says it was temporarily closed
visited on 7 January 2022
arrived at 820am and noticed the bank is open at 915am
the bank is well managed , clean and comfy
no toilet is available
but the process so far didnt take too long
maybe depends on what matters you are dealing
Some of the staff is really know how to greet and treat customers well
Respect each other no matter what

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to queue for nearly 1.5 hours to get the service due to SOP but once I’m in the staff are very helpfull and I can see the effort to make things goes faster once you inside. Credit goes to the lady handling the information counter where you tell your story and get your number. Dont know her name but she wearing black on the 10th Jan 2022. The same to the lady and the counter - polite. Keep up the good work guys.
