β β β β β Poor experience with the Extended Warranty Scheme , was not informed its a Insurance Company based Warranty.
My Samsung AirCond broke down on 23/03 , called TBC on the 24/03 , have to wait 3 days for Technicianr to come , Samsung Technician came on Monday ( 28/03 ) , note that weekends are not counted as part of the 3 days.
The Technician diagnosed some parts and said it will take up to 7 days to come back ....Wow . I called up yesterday and was told still waiting for Insurance Company approval for the repair.
I ve been waiting 10 days now with my master bedroom air cond not working.
I would rather just pay for the repair and get it fixed ASAP .
Stay away from TBC Extended Warranty .
