Saya dah lama tak pergi bank sejak COVID. Jadi tak tahu macamana SOP terkini.. dokumen dah lengkap. Customer servis kata tunggu nombor. Setengah jam menunggu macam orang bodoh tapi nombor tak bagi. Bila tanya semula dia kata tak perasan dokumen dah lengkap. ? Like seriuoslyyyy???? Rasa nak nangis je masa tu.. dengan masa terbuang macam tu, anak menangis dalam kereta, suami dah marah dia dah lambat nak gi masjid. Haihhh... Ramai ramai duduk kat meja tu, please la alert.. saya duk menunggu depan awak semua.. takkan awak tak rasa apa.. saya tak marah akak yg nama Fizah . Saya marah dan geram yang lagi sorang tu sebab dia yang tengok dokumen saya dah lengkap! Tapi nombor tak bagi... Bahenol betol!
