Applied online for account opening and got a reference number asking me to dropby the nearest branch to proceed. This is not the first time me trying to get an account opened with the branch.
The first time was told that I need employment letter which I don't have as I am working in Singapore. Plus, according to their official website, there's no need of employment letter for MALAYSIANS.
The second time, which was just now, at 1.30pm, I went to the branch with all of the documents required, but was being told that there was NO STAFF to proceed, which is ridiculous. She was nice to provide alternative to the other branch but reminded me that they are closing at 3pm. Telling her that I am leaving the country tomorrow and need this to be done but they said no.
Would no go to CIMB for the third time just to prove that I am wrong about them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super long waiting time. Only few staffs working at the counter with super slow speed. Always need to wait for long to get the queue number. Very inefficient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always only have 2 counter open, and the staff din allow u to get ticket. They will press the ticket for you when their collegue is done. Thats why their waiting time in system is good. However the actual facts is customer may b waiting from 1 hours to 2 hours to get their stuff done especially during monday
