★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is limited in front of the bank, plenty of parking behind the main building. ATM, CDM, and other standard banking services available. Staffs are grumpy at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer servis and guards is very rude…. I cannot even go to the reception to ask a question for 30 sec…. Already the security guards throw customers out without asking…. Very rude and inefficient how did they hire people like that… no manners at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for reset my ATM card password. Queue for 20 minutes, and password reset by counter number 8 staff take 2 minutes. Very efficient service. TQ for Security Staff to control the queueing according to SOP and all CIMB staff. Please keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, March 23, 2021. I found that one of the male working here is quite rude. The tone itself as my mom asked him in a good manners. If CIMB cannot hire a good customer service, I think there is plenty talented and compatible out there compared to him. Don’t they send them to any seminar or any related to brush up their courtesy again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read a lot of negative review, but its the nearest to my office, i wont go any further. So i went there with precautions and a counter attack mindset. From the security, receptionist, to the counter staff all unpleasant at all. Face of judging people with the ups and down look, not friendly. Zzz. Not going if its not urgent matters. However, the flow is fast, got my card renewed in less than 15mins. I went there at 920, done at 930+. Whatever it is, Alhamdulillah.
