Pls provide better service. .Went to pay housing loan...refuse to let me know exact amount to pay.. Counter staff said "Suka hati la bayar berapa amount "....reason being I'm not the account holder. . I told her paying on my son's behalf... Hello CIMB.. I'm making payment not withdrawing. ...the only saving grace is my husband was there to verify with his physical IC to prove that he's the joint account holder...just to make payment.. So dissapointed with the service...won't have anything to do with this Bank after this..sorry.

Good customer relations by the officer in charge. The only issue is the limited parking lots available outside of the bank. Resulting with double layer parking. The council enforcement officer seems very active at that area. Watch out!

I have had an account with CIMB for past year, CIMB bank branches in Country Heights & Cyberjaya branches are customer friendly and helpful. But the CIMB bank, Permas Jaya is inefficient, long queues and rude. Today, 1st of January 2020, I went in as my password on card got locked up. I had submitted my passport for visa, the customer officer, Chinese lady didn't even listen to what I had to say as she had to single handedly had to work with the long queue. There was no other to assist the queue waiting. Usually in the past, they had two staff to handle the customer queue. I presented my IKad card provided by the Immigration Malaysia, which should be considered as a passport document (written on it by the Immigration) but was told, I have to verify my ID with my passport. Immigration held my passport for 3 months, so how I can do it if I don't have passport. I had other Identification documents but the Bank would'n't even listen to me. Customer Officer took my bank card & Ikad card and kept on her desk & said she needed to talk to her boss for approval. She started talking to other customers and assisting them. I waited a while before asking about my cards as I saw them lying on her desk while she kept shuffling papers to help others. I was concerned to lose my IDs. After about 1 hour, the boss showed up. As soon I showed him the cards, he said I have to bring the passport. I asked where is the policy that says it as just last month, my ID cards were accepted by same bank to verify my identification. He said it was an internal policy. I got real mad then, why keep such internal policies hidden? Shouldn't it be open policy, inform the customers of what verification documents that are required? Very rude male Official! I going to CIMB Country Heights bank tomorrow and will make a complaint about it.

Great services. All the staff is helpful and friendly. The minus point is they need you to submit online for opening new account which is a hassle especially for senior and those who do not have internet.
