★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD IMPRESSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Yesterday I was waiting outside for 2 more hours but they said that it was offline after I have been waited so long.Today I am waiting for 4 more hours but still sitting outside,my friend come at 8 o’clock in the morning but still wait until 12pm more is just because they let other people to cut in line!

And they even have the "guts" to do a freaking audit during peak hours? CIMB really need to review this.

Please inform to customer what to do properly, I need wait to long for simple request, better go to others cimb, thanks. Think first why many person complain about your service.
