Lately my mother renew a atm card.
They renew the card wrongly and do not want to help her correct it, event they already notice the problems.
Poor service in this bank.
For others that need to deal with this public bank, please be careful on the service.
The worker service are bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hire purchase department practically living in their own planet. I seemed to be non existent for 55 minutes to them, waiting for them attend to me.No numbering system for HP related matters, at least can have the courtesy to ask the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad experience! Asking for Car Settlement via call but was being informed that due to Customer Protection, I need to go physical branch!?!?!
What kind of protection is this? I want to pay you money for settlement, but you are giving me so much inconvenient!! You are risking my life to go physical branch and get contact with Covid19!!
