★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid using this bank. Bad service really left a bad taste in the mouth. Applied loan here on Monday (was told processing time needed was in 3-4 days only), came back to them asking in regards of knowing the status of the loan made. But later to find out my papers was locked up in the drawer for 4 days without even the assigned, Financial Services Consultant (Wan Iba Syahirah Binti Mohd Shukor), inspect/process my application. As if to be totally expected, when confronted, excuses followed by more unprofessional excuses given by the staff as well as the manager who handles the bank. For shame.
