Just got a call from Sunlife Insurance Agent regarding hospitality benefit , a malay lady , very rude , she off my call immediately right after i told her that i need time to consider !! What a bad service .. I feel lucky that I didnt signed up the insurance through this lousy lady! But my mood become a bit angry on my day because of her service ! Please upgrade yr agent service or else u will lose yr customer !

Worst customer service I’ve ever faced.not sure if this is insurance company or scammer. They just simply do multi deductions,I tried to call them for many times but the care line seems not responsible at all.

extremely bad service, been tried calling for 2 weeks but still not prevail. Leave number on operator, leave number on Facebook, been promised will call back but will never do.

Bad customer service, been calling many times to me to approach for upgrading plans, and I always say no thanks due to my financial issue, a Malay lady directly get her nerves on and say 'Okay lah, thank you'. Every week they will keep calling me, and suddenly there is no more calling (I'm relieve actually). And after few months, i check back my bank account, there is an extra deduction from Sunlife. Already with bad customer service, now ITS AUTO AGREEMENT IF YOU REJECT THE CALL. I'm very impress with the 'auto agreement'. Emailed them regarding this issue, and of course they will say I agree on the call on the date and directly ask me do you want to cancel this plan. Wow, denying that they 'auto agree' and to solve this problem, they want to ask for your cancellation after they get some 'auto money' from your account.
