★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service teruk sangat. Beratur panjang hampir sejam setengah nak tukar duit kedai dengan panas teriknya kat luar, tapi bila dah boleh masuk depan kaunter, boleh pulak cakap lebih kurang. Kalau tak da duit tukar, cakap baik baik dekat saya, saya boleh terima lagi. Ni kali ketiga kena macam ni. Teruk sangat teruk. Kalau rasa takminat nak kerja, resign. Ramai lagi orang nak kerja. Sabar jelah.
Very bad service. The queue was almost an hour and a half long to exchange shop money with the scorching heat outside, but when you can enter in front of the counter, you can talk more or less. If you don't have money to change, say goodbye to me, I can accept it again. This is the third time I've been hit like this. Very bad very bad. If you are interested in working, resign. Many more people want to work. Just be patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service sangat teruk.pada 10 mac 2022 saya sampai ke cimb cawangan jln tun ismail pd pukul 11.10 pagi untuk buka akaun simpanan biasa dan beratur panjang di luar bank hingga pukul 2.45 petang saya dipanggil masuk dan tunggu di dalam bank. Pukul 3 ptg baru saya dipanggil untuk urusan buka akaun. Servis sangat teruk!!
Service is very bad. On March 10, 2022 I arrived at the cimb branch on Jln Tun Ismail at 11.10 am to open a regular savings account and there was a long queue outside the bank until 2.45 pm I was called in and waited inside the bank. At 3 pm I was called to open an account. Very bad service !!
