★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Citi-link Kuantan Branch is very inefficient. My parcel arrives on Saturday , tentatively it should be delivered to me on following Monday or Saturday , but there was no delivery done and I have waited whole day. Avoid Citi-link as your carrier . I would prefer GDEX or POSLAJU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only can describe by one word ‘suck’. Can’t even answer my question. Promise is not fulfilled because of no deliver the parcel on time set by the third party. If I have a choice I will not choose this courier company.

Waited until 6:30 P.M. at the delivery address, with numerous attempted calls to the Kuantan office since 5:00 P.M., only to find out that they changed the shipment progress to "Receiver Requested Later Delivery" at 5:55 P.M. Amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 8 days to deliver my item. Item supposed to receive by 8th September. Staff never bothered to call me to check on location or inform me of arrival of item. I had to personally call n find out office to go collect my own item because i had no faith in their own initiative to do so. I had to demand to see the Regional Manager n when they saw from my face that i meant business, only then did they relent to show me the office n i made a complaint. The Malay male courier boy, who actually committed the wrong, never bothered to open his mouth to apologize to me even when told to do so by thr regional manager. How ARROGANT n RUDE!! Only the female malay staff, apologized but unapologetically n in fact they seemed to think it was a funny business!! At least, the Regional Manager apologized for the delay n staff's callous behaviour..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It shows the parcel has been delivered to the receiver but actully I didn't receive anything not even a call ! I can provide my shop cctv to prove that the whole day there is no one come in to deliver parcel ! Call thousand time but no one answer. Such a lousy service
