On 18 Feb 2019 we went to CIMB at Wisma Genting to get the certification of our unclaimed money. It's been one month and there is no response. The other 2 banks that we went to have already given us the necessary certification. So what is the excuse for this CIMB? We can't reach them on the phone to check if it is ready. We don't want to travel all the way there and find out that it is still not ready.
Please pick you up the phone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service ever. There is not even 10 si toners but made me wait more than 1 hour. The workers are so slow they just sit there and doing nothing. I will never come back for a such a worst service again. Wasted one hour standing and waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived early at the branch and waited at the door for half an hour since 8.30am. One of the staff was there waiting too. Around 9am a security guard who taking care of the lifts came over and asked what was i waiting for, the branch is closed today, for sanitisation. Wow, good job staff, and the inhouse security guard. Didn't bother to tell or put up a notice.
