★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine große Bankfiliale, wo man theoretisch alle Geldgeschäfte erledigen kann. Allerdings ist es so bürokratisch und kundenunfreundlich wie eine schlechte Behörde. Das einzige, was man schnell nutzen kann, sind die Bankautomaten. Die Erreichbarkeit ist auch katastrophal. Im Gegensatz zu gut organisierten Ländern wie Singapur, Japan oder Korea hat Malaysia alles auf den Autoverkehr gesetzt. Verkehr und Stadtplanung sind hier so rückständig, dass man es kaum glauben kann. Wer her will, muss je nachdem, wo er losgeht, eine der 10 Bahnsysteme nehmen oder eine komplizierte Busverbindung. Völlig unverständlich, wieso man sich nicht für ein oder zwei Bahnsysteme entschieden hat. Selbst die Tickets sind nicht kompatibel. So geht's jedenfalls nicht.
 A large bank branch, where theoretically you can do all money transactions. However, it is as bureaucratic and customer-unfriendly as a bad agency. The only thing that can be used quickly are the ATMs. Accessibility is also catastrophic. In contrast to well-organized countries such as Singapore, Japan or Korea, Malaysia has focused everything on car traffic. Traffic and urban planning are so backward here that it's hard to believe. Depending on where you start, you have to take one of the 10 rail systems or a complicated bus connection. Completely incomprehensible why you didn't choose one or two rail systems. Even the tickets are not compatible. At least that's not how it works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service could have been improved. When you take a queue number, make sure that the customer service officer manning the counter sees you so that he/she may alert bank officers to accept queue numbers.
Pro tips: for opening new savings accounts, you may fill up the forms first, drop off there and come back for it later once they are some processing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately some of the staffs are rude. They also make personal judgment to answer for a problem based on nationalities rather than referring to legislation. I made an international bank transfer to my own oversea account, and within an hour they declined the transaction without providing any reason. Moreover, they deducted RM 1,251.00 from my transaction, saying it is due to exchange rate. That is funny when an Islamic bank declines a transaction, but also deducts from customer money and do not provide any official answer. I have requested to give me reference to a rule, and remit the deduction to my account, but the answer is we are following up from HQ for more than 50 days.
