★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cimb bank so far. Arrive 30mins before open hour. Have to wait in line only behind two customers and have to wait again inside at almost 2 hours without any staff bother to entertain me and ask what is going on.. guess they were super busy with their social media , facebook, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service here, waiting line is too long. Took about 3 hours just for queuing only. The line start outside, when your turn inside, apparently there’s no one at the counter. No wonder have to wait so long. Please improve your system, it’s not efficient at all, kesian pak cik2/mak cik2 outside hv to berdiri tgh panas. Make an appointment like Maybank did, so that people don’t have to queue too long, standing like a tree there.
