Skrg PKP 3.0 pergerakan merentas daerah tidak dibenarkan.
Saya cuma nak buat temujanji urusan bayaran penuh kenderaan sahaja dan dapatkan geran asal.
Sepatutnya mudah..terlebih bayar refundkan sahaja..
Geran asal boleh post..mcm lesen memandu.

Currently PKP 3.0 movement across districts is not allowed.
I just want to make an appointment for full payment of the vehicle and get the original grant.
It should be easy..overpay, refund only ..
Original grant can post..mcm driving license.
Please the management response..immediately
