β β β β β This is MENTAKAB bank, IT ONLY SERVE MENTAKAB CUSTOMERS, not a branch of the Public bank. The miss from counter 3 (customer service) was very rude and unprofessional by telling customer from Temerloh to go to public bank branch situated in Temerloh for transaction services. Hope the management team look into the manner. Thank you.
