Recommend to change staff that is so slow doing their job n change to a young staff that can give their line for this job..please..please..very poor service la..we all also ur customer!appreciatela..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went in for a issue that why I had changed my mobile contact in another branch early January 2021 and when I wanted to paid my bill online yesterday but then I find out how come my mobile contact haven’t changed yet...usually they will send TAC or OPT to me during online payment. I am bless that I went in this branch this morning and I met Mr Johnny and he guided me all the way how’s work. Really appreciated for his help. Thank you ! Mr Johnny??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very frustrated with the security guard on today's shift (May 10th 2021, 10.15am). While I had circled the area about 5 times in search of parking, I saw this [redacted] guy in a Myvi parked in the CIMBpreferred client-with-transaction-prioritized parking space alongside a Merc. After another round, the Merc went out and I thought maybe I should tell the guard that I have business inside, which I do. Instead of letting me park there, he shooed me away even after telling him so. Is there any special entitlement? Is it because I don't look [redacted]? Is it simply because I wasn't driving a Conti or do I have to make a reservation first in order to just literally park there to attend my business with CIMB? If there is, please do tell because I don't see any mentioning of "Reserved Customers ONLY" at any signage placed there. With that said, I felt seriously offended. Another thing, attention to Manager on Duty: Please retrain/reeducate the said security guard due to such treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to cimb damansara utama coin deposit machine, staff ask us to come here. Reached here, staff said machine rosak. Ask us don't need to go other branches, cimb coin deposit all problem. Please update website accordingly..waiting our time to follow the coin machine in the list
