Went there to open a current account.first day, the service is very good and very helpful.was told to come the next day in view they don't have enough time for screening since it is late in the evening already. The next day, all of the staffs are clueless about my application, no one seems to know where is my documents. I felt like a helpless person begging for their service. I ended leaving the premise empty handed and with anger. Very much not recommend to go to taman daya branch. Don't waste your time please.

From my experience, if u want to open AN account in CIMB BANK TAMAN DAYA. Prepare urself for long queue + no chair + system down occur. GOOD LUCK!

Slow,slow,and slow... Today i create my own debit card... Take the time about 4hours to wait..... And stand outside the door all the time.... The important thing is I'm the no.7 person... Imaging the people behind me ... They will wait until the times out at 1.30pm then continue the next day.. i will say this is the worst experience and disappointed a lot in service... Please make a way to avoid this problem... Time is valuable and be kind to customer

Slow service, worst than any government counter. Wasting too much time Incompetent staff - did not describe in the form what's the information needed, request to change information did not updated in systems. Did not provide forms early to fill up causing delays on everything, manager capability should be questions in handling staff & situations.

Worst service ever. Going there just to open a saving account. Only have one officer entertain for bank account opening. Many people queue there. Please go to other branch and dont waste time here. ?

Bad experience. Apply to activate dormant account needs 6 working days is very puzzling as online banking is the norm now. Thereafter 6 days, I was informed my account has been activated and was issued with a new ATM debit card. Unfortunately, my account is still remain dormant till this day after making a couple of trips to the bank. Now I need to cross borders and find time to go to the bank again.

Strategy good location, not too many people unless early month and peak hour. Lot of machine inside. But a little bit small place.
