β β β β β Here Google information 5PM close but their Friday close at 4PM I arrive here is 4:30PM and staff still inside working but not willing to just help for unlock debit card pin lock! Very bad service! I'm urgently need money to pay for some surgery! Due to this incident if my family have anythings wrong for sure I'll log a consumer report to you! SHit bank ever!

β β β β β I know it's limited for persons in the bank due to pandemic. Just few minutes checking all my cimb updates, do you need to cough and making noises for more than 10 times??? It's our right to check all the updates before leave.
