★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor knowledge security officer working there in Tower (5), Avenue 7, when I asked where should park my vehicle before go to level 16, there can't answer my questions and gave wrong directions to park.expecaillay Malay Lady and Nepalis working in Concierge counter. If there're can't handle Concierge counter with good communication, better remove them and put receptionist. First time I see bad Security officer working in Concierge counter with bad experience, attitude and knowledgeable.
