It's 10am and not a single bank staff seems to be in high spirit. everyone seems to be suffering from depression symptom. Not a single smile. Something seriously wrong with the management here. Anyhow, we got the job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website said till 3PM, reached to realized the office is closed. Branch customer service lady over the phone said they have put up the operating hour notice at the front door. For god sake, please update your online website or google site, it is not easy to come out during this MCO and this is wasting everybody's time. FYI the counter open from 9.15AM till 1PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. The staffs also manipulate the system by not giving customers tickets when come in but only when their turn is near. This way long waiting time does not appear anywhere. I suspect their local management is in cohort in this dubious exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow attendance to customers queueing up for a number eventhough the counters were free.
Do not understand why there's a separate ASNB agent at the bank.Due to this so called agent's absence I was denied to carry out my ASNB transaction.
At least the bank should have hung up a notice stating that the ASB transactions are not available.
