★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called so many times but no answer. But when they finally answered, they hung up. I don't know if they did it intentionally or it's technical problem. Please improve your service. It's MCO, we're not going to the branch just to ask something and I'm pretty sure the staffs also won't let us in just because of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever, don't ever apply hire purchase loan or any with this bank...it has been 2 months and I haven't get my agreement. I apply with public bank, the agreement has been receive in a week....dissapointed with the service, even the CIMB customer service no help on this issue..
