Parking is a problem. Maybank shouldn't allow people to ask for donations or any kind of soliciting at the bank entrance.

Went there today 2 Nov , closed today until further notice due to one of the staff closed contact to Covid-19..Please go to other nearest branch Example Selayang Jaya branch.tq

Inconsiderate - went there for hire purchase settlement and the receptionist not allowed my kids to enter.there is even no customer at hire purchase hall at all.i guess maybank dont taught them to be courtesy. Learn from jpj,they even offered priority lane to mom with kids during this pandemic.guess they sit too long behind the counter until they forgot business ethics.manager dont even know to addressed customer politely. Receptionist with sour face.the banker itself dont greet cust. the banker who i m dealing with whispering to me "u r talking to my manager" ...omg do i cares? even wahid omar or farid oso i dont bother la.i m not keparat slave like u.brainless with nonsense policy

Very bad customar Services. So lazy staff that not willing To do any aditional work. Definately changing my bank.

This branch don't even deserve one star but I couldn't post my review if I didn't give them a rating. lately, I applied through online to open savings account and got a automated message asking to visit selected branch after 3 days. Following that, I walked in to the branch and was told they will only entertain customers who had made their appointment beforehand. Yes, it makes sense but they should have specified in their automated message, but didn't. However, the staff insisted to check on me, but she couldn't find my application. Again, I showed her the automated message as a proof I made application to this branch. Then, so stupidly the staff told me you should make appointment to collect manual application from them and then apply. Only then we can trace your record!!! WHAT'S FOR ONLINE APPLICATION THEN? Dear Maybank, being larger in market doesn't means you are doing good. please improve your customer care services!!! I rather consider other local banks keeping this issue in mind!! Staffs from this branch are not even polite!
