★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever even though came several times here. Not friendly, rude to customer, did not do their job. Were informed by the staff document should be process within 14 days, but we did not get any feedback after nearly a month of submission. Call the customer call centre and found out the branch did not even submit our request in the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. I struggle to find words to describe it but I'll try. First, it seems that customers can no longer call CIMB branches directly (in KL at least, I was told) as enquiries are now centralized. So when I got to this branch, I was told they had run out of debit cards! If I chose to open my savings account, I would have to return another day lo collect it, "maybe on Monday or Wednesday" MAYBE! So I'm supposed to try my luck, take time off work to MAYBE collect my card since there's no way of contacting the branch. The staff didn't offer contact me, either. Anyway, I decided to do it since I was already there. Guess what? She couldn't find the form! Another few minutes' wait. After filling in the form, I was given a number. There was only one staff processing new accounts and she sure took her own sweet time. She swaggered to and from her desk looking for something or someone after servicing one customer. Twenty minutes later, my patience had run out and I left. The bank was filled with customers but the staff showed little urgency in minimizing their waiting time. CIMB is supposed to be a top bank but the service is worse than any of the government departments I've been to. They should learn from UTC how to be professional, efficient, polite, and customer-focused I'm opening my account at another bank. ANY other bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Singh and a new lady staff was exceptional, other than that the worse possible staff you could find. The answer given to any question was, "hmm", "tak yah kut ada problem". The clerks at the counter seems experience but no moral and lack of enthusiasm. Might as well fire them all and renew the whole squad. I bet these guys complains about being complaint too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i have a choice not to give a star, i would have given! What kind of lousy services.. filled up online and still need to wait.. certain personnel were pressing phone.. open new saving account, i brought employment letter and the counter even tell me need to bring Staff pass!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is too slow with many staff that acah function. No effort to make it quick at all. I came to make a new acc but only one counter that in service. Bad experience. You can see an ad about phishing scam but reality we are the victims. Very koyak you know even sitting in the room under the aircond. Not recommend for people who want to open a new acc.
