β β β β β Excellent service by the staff at the ticket/inquiry counter who went the extra mile in helping me with the payment for Russia visa application. As there is no clear instruction by the Russia embassy on how to pay the fee, the staff provide assistance beyond his task. Thank you very much.

β β β β β I came here on 14 June 2021 during MCO 3.0. I need to do my card replacement which I blocked a night before due to unauthorized transaction.
When I reached there, I realized that every customer need to make an appointment which I didnt make any. I told the staff it is an emergency matter where I am going to make a business trip and I need the card immediately.
The kind staff was very helpful and arranged everything. I waited for only 10 minutes and all the replacement process took less than 5 minutes.
All the staffs were very helpful. This is the kind of service that every customer desire.
Well done. The best experience I ever had at Maybank.

β β β β β The manager of the bank really needs to go back to training. He scolded customers for withdrawing money for investment purposes. He committed ageism as well saying old people can not invest. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and DEGRADING.
