โ โ โ โ โ Disappointingly service in this branch. Low efficiency in document processing, and very stubborn with unnecessary SOP. Please be more flexible and try to improve in this aspect. Even try to ask the customer to go other branch to settle, totally unacceptable service

โ โ โ โ โ Bad Service. Request unnecessary and illogical document to open account and make customer unnecessary troublesome. But nevermind settled my problem at other better and effective bank than CIMB!!! Please stop pretending you are very high class bank??!! Full of complain & buggy system

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointing service with unnecessary procedure. Customer service could have been more straightforward to mention they do not accept new businesses to open account instead of wasting each other's time requesting documents that would be impossible for new business to provide.
Instead of answering ' I don't know, this is as per our SOP', I am expecting a more professional advice and guidance from the bank staff.
Solved the exact same issue with Hong Leong Bank in less than 15 minutes.
