β β β β β Opening hours on google wasn't updated (google stated 4:30pm but the bank closed at 3pm and only note outside the bank). Please update the opening hours so that we won't be wasting our fuel going to the branch and couldn't go in.

β β β β β Bad service from one of cimb banker here. I already signed a document to terminate my asb account on 26/4 but till now on 21/5 she haven't submit my application. An Indian woman. Luckily I asked HQ about the issue. Now I have to call the bank to ask about it. Waste my time and money because of one selfish woman.

β β β β β Poor Performance of the branch - Made a FD 5 months before for a credit card and still no credicard nor updates given by the staff. If called and asked for updates, will be answered that they will call back.
Called everyone from ground staff to the branch manager but no services yet. Should have opted for a better branch.
P.S JUST GOT A FEEDBACK FROM THE BRANCH MANAGER STATING THAT THE FD IS NOT BEING SENSED BY THE SYSTEM....THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO COMPUTER LITRACEY AND YET WORKING IN BANK HANDLING MONEY FROM PEOPLE.
