β β β β β One of the worst banking experiences I've had in a while. I can verify all the other bad reviews of this branch. Went back 3 times to try and open a business account. Instead of being helpful, got the impression that the staff are trying to obstruct me from opening an account. First time I was told to come back after registering online. They don't have terminals at bank to help registration. Second time back, was told the person in charge was out, and nobody else could handle it. Third time back, needed to register online again because details entered wrongly couldn't just be edited. Then staff seemed to be looking for reasons to hinder my registration. Mailing address had to be actual operation venue, so had to be edited, but strangely now my online registration could be edited. Then asked rudely if my company was less than 6 months from expiring, lucky for me it wasn't. Then picked fault with one of my SSM documents, insisting that I had to go to SSM to get a current one when it's not an expiring document and only issued at time of company registration, not at renewal. Thanks, keep it up, I'm starting my account with HongLeong.

β β β β β The useless branch. The branch staff just could care about the customers and go slow in their work. There is a long queue outside the bank in humid and hot conditions and yet the bank staff just ignored them. I know this is MCO but there is a better way to treat your customers!

β β β β β Web info saying open 24 hours. I drove 40 minutes to come here to find out it is closed! Please la, don't mislead your customers with wrong info. The info you publish at Internet represents your effectiveness and reputations! I was not the only customer to come for bank, there were few others also misleading by your info published.
