★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service where the staff at the counter gave the wrong queue number and after waited for 30 minutes and the line still didn't move. Only upon checking with another staff, a new queue number is given as she claims the queue number given is wrong. The
wait starts all over again.
1 hour and counting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the bank to ask how to aply current ACCAUNT.... One lady at the counter said u must aply online... But i tried 2 day's but couldn't . .So i went back today ... They called the assistant manager. ..she told me every one else ok why u only complain. . I explain to her about that i have been trying for two days... Can u please help me... She just ignored me.... So what do i do... I hope no one else's will go to my experience at cimb bank aman suria... Please do take actions at this assistant manager ...
