★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow , 9:15 am with 3customers at the branch , waiting time 30min to replace my atm card. Compare to Jaya one , que plus card collection, only 10mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was deplorable for Moneygram as I waited for 45mins, first time was rejected due to an error on one alphabet on my surname. The 2nd time took 45 mins, the amount was less than RM500 only. Staff was unfriendly who cannot manage even a smile. Don't go to this branch, you will regret it.

Most banks with EPF machine will tell you their machine is not functioning.
Carpark is almost unavailable. Very difficult to find a carpark.
