★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow and poor service!! Waited 15 mins in queue and more than 1 hour inside the bank. Almost same customers standing at counter all the time. The only good thing about this branch is the friendly bank guard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received a message and suspect someone hack in my HL debit card system，however when I was told by customer service that I could get further investigation for this matter in Cheras branch，they didn‘t help much . Instead what they do is only renew my debit card and block my current card，one of the staff even inform me that this kind of situation happens a lot and without TAC the system could easily got hacked. That means I shouldn‘t trust the security system of this Hong Leong bank if they not insist to improve their system and they will not take any responsible on it.
