I had the worst experience. 1. The customer service could not handle my case well. Responses was disappointing and late. 2. At the branch itself, the woman at the front counter that gives out the number was very rude. She uses rude tones and facial gestures towards certain customers. She is biased towards customer treatment. She's always rolling her eyes towards customers. 3. One of the person-in-charge is also biased. She couldn't provide necessary explanations and always use rude tones when talking. #Overall, this branch has the worst staff from the front receiving end to the end. If you're lucky, the staff will treat you good depending on their mood. Visit this branch if you love :- Rude staffs + slow service + bad top and low management

Visited 19 May 2021. MCO 3.0 For those who wish to deposit coins can come to this branch, the only 1 self-service coin deposit machine are ready inside the bank around 11:30 AM-12 PM daily. I came around 10 AM, way too early. ? The staff was friendly and helpful, i know my way around but they still guide me. There was a gentlemen who saw me and asking questions about the CDM process and everything.

Worst experience!!! The coin deposit machine need to wait for very long time. The staff only gives empty promises and makes you wait longer, and the attitude is rude.

Went there to get my debit card replacement.. surprisingly it tooks less than 10minutes to settle...but the problem that we're facing is that very difficult to find parking lot...

A disappointment. It was in Feb 22 that i went to this branch and were informed that i will be only able to get my certificate loan transfer to ASB account within 2months. Well, It seems the staff that handle my account did not get the branch manager to approved it. So they have wasted my time, whereby i should be getting my money by now. So i decided to go and do it all over again, but a different branch. Conclusion - be mindful and be sensitive to customers' needs This branch need to do a overhaul of training to their staffs.
