★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person picking up the call was pretty rude. They asked me to call them back in a few minutes but when I called them back, it was obvious that they picked up the phone then put it back down :) Terrible service for phone call. Step up your customer service game guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. Went to open a savings account but was told that it was absolutely compulsory to procure a company signed letter as proof that i was working in said company. Called another branch and they said staff ID or payslip will be enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very attentive & prompt to attend to walk mins. Very helpful counter staff who helped us resolved a card issue. One of them even have to go very late lunch. Really appreciate.
