I manage to get someone on line no.2, maybe he was not from customer service department. Manage to get the information i needed regarding my loan repayment. No greetings and conversing in a 'pasar malam' attitude.

1) Show what service that can deals at specific branch.I cant take my car grant at Larkin Branch even the letter from there...Then I can't walk in at Bandar Baru Uda Branch and the next appointment date are 2 weeks from appointment at Larkin
2)Please call or email to customer if there is any cancellation appointment due covid case or else.Appreciate customer please... Please pick up phone when we call
3.When I go there on the next appointment they said that Hire Purchase department are closed due covid case. What will you do if you're in my position? Please take friendly guard that willing to help not tempered guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had to transfer some docs from their branch to a branch near me. Its been a week and still info. Tried calling them countless number of times and no one picked up. Then miraculously picked up once, told them my enquiry. The lady said will transfer to customer service. I said okay and had to wait 10 mins in silence. I did not even hear any waiting music. Ended the call and called again, back to square one, NO ONE PICK UP.
