★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch just moved into a new location, previously was at Taman Jaya Utama (beside KFC TELOK). Way much better location with plenty of parkings available at the back of the bank. New place yes, but same staff with similar attitude. Would suggest them to be a little more customer friendly and please employ more staff and open more counters at all time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST and the SLOWEST service I have ever experienced! Brought my 65 years old mom and waited for 2 hours to do transaction. Waited for the first half a hour, only 2 or 3 numbers were moving?? So SLOW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. My 71 years old mum with difficulty in walking have to wait for an hour just to be informed that ASB is offline at the counter after her number was called. The counter said that she had informed the lady taking care of the number slot machine. When asked the unfreindly lady she simply said that it was OK earlier. Very2 bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch among CIMB. Staffs not friendly and raise up voice at customers. I have been there to open saving acct during MCO season. But treated badly and get shamed. Regret to went there.
