β β β β β Small Maybank branch inside shopping mall. Service is not good and very long queue. Convenient as they have ATM just in front of their outlet.

β β β β β Bad service, open a new saving account need to make appointment....... And keep saying cannot make it today, I have a really bad experience at this bank! Worst still, the staff says today has enough customers but I see most counters are free.

β β β β β Opened a bank account and get rm8 straight deducted the next day. Searched online and saw other customers also experienced the same thing. Staff did not ask us to choose for the options and make us had to pay the rm8 as annual fee for the unlimited withdrawals and otc services

Many people went to this branch to do what they want to do.
Which no need to purposely onleave or time off to go bank do the transaction.
But now weekends not more operating anymore.
I think 2 - 3 years started.
So weekend this branch now only ATM operating

β β β β β Such a poor service from the staff. Each of every staff doesn't even perform their job scope duties or their responsibility as their designation. Before applying customers request , need to brief or explain the terms and the procedure to the customers. Not all the customers knows exactly the terms and the procedure. The customer service representative simply ask the customers to refer to maybank2u for the terms and procedures. If that is so , then why the bank manager hire this person as customer service representative when the person doesn't even know what his job scope or his duties ?

β β β β β I came to open an account (personal current account). I had pre-opened it through online at home & after that I made an appointment. The next day I step in to the branch. To my surprised the account opening process had successfully done & completed within 1 hour. (Usually people complaint, local banks are slower & I had experienced it too before quite number of times)
For the 1st time the Stereotype & Myth had been broken.
Ms Santhia & Ms Jamilah helped me with with the account opening formalities & it was fast & smooth. Way to go both of you, Keep Up the Good Work. ???
I really appreciate both of your help. ??ββοΈ
Moral of the story make appointment 1st based on what type of needs / transactions you wanna be performed before going to local bank branches especially during this Pandemic period.

β β β β β On this day 4th May 2022, ard 4-ish evening, had a commendable customer service at Counter 11. Dint get the name but appreciate such professionalism and sincere help from the lady at the counter. A big thank you!
The missing star is due to the disorganised queue outside the entrance of the branch and confusion about waiting number allocation
