Yes im sending my money to indonesia but that didnt give her any right to serve badly
She dont even give a little smile... If u have other problem dont bring it to ur work place please....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff treat me badly ! If you want to be a customer service, you should know how to respond people. This is first time for me to withdraw the ASB dividen. How the hell i know i write it wrong or what. Tell it nicely la no need to raise your voice to me! This is not the way you should entertain your customer. You should know you got paid cause you have a lot of customer the one of the customer is ME! SO just treat and talk to customer freaking nicely!!!!

Managed in time for my transection just before closing time at 3pm.
One of the staff was very helpful in speeding the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compare to Maybank, the staff there is way better compare to CIMB, I could sense the low energy and laziness of the staff to help me , whereby, the staff at Maybank helped me all out and see to it my problems are resolved before I exited the bank, Highly considering to terminate my account at CIMB.

They needed me to fill in a form and it had to be done online. So they asked me go back, do it, then return.
The officer could have suggested I do it on my phone but instead displayed a total lack of empathy.
Reminiscent of the workings of a government department.
