Slowest maxis center,Kota damansara IPC center, if possible avoid this store.. 3 queue number took my 45min. Only one counter open.

Poor customer service All three workers have different procedure on same issue. Very slow response. Plz educate yr staffs. There are not professional & totally dont know what is customer service

Please my family have been using maxis for more than 10 years, the past weekend we went to this centre because we wanted to make some changes in our mobile service packages, the staff wasnt helpful and friendly, we thought that the manager could help us out, but I guess we were super wrong, the manager "Steven" was the worst one out of all, he was not just unhelpful and intimidating, he was so rude. Is this how Maxis service centre treat their customers? My dad has been paying almost4k ringgit per annum to maxis for almost 10 years. Im not sure is it just this service centre or this type of behaviour is accepted in all maxis centres. Please Maxis, consider improving your customer services.

LOUSY SERVICE. If you got other option, DO NOT come to this service centre. Create a lot of hassle for me, have to go back and ford to settle one my line relocation and they said no coverage, so they have to terminate my home fibre with no penalty. Well I accepted that. But my next bill the RM500 penalty still reflected in my bill and they do not take any action AT ALL. Need to go to their centre again to clarify and check and redo the waiver procedure. and this cannot be done through phone call. Most exciting part is they dont know how to resolve it. And ask me to wait for next month to check if the waiver happen. BRAVO! And who to refer to next time, no one they said. They cant do anything about it. I dont know what to say.. really.. It created alot of problem to me especially during the MCO period. Frustrated with their service.

Went there for new SIM card for Supp Line, and was very politely guided through entire 1 minute process by a helpful staff. Keep up the good work. May be a bit understaffed, had to wait about 30 seconds in line before being served.

MCO 3.0 is undergoing and there is a lot of uncertainties of whether I have to work from home or not. Denise and Shina was honest and helpful on explaining the advantages and disadvantages that I could get from the mobile broadband service from Maxis and such service is honestly rare to be seen in Malaysia nowadays. Kudos to them and please keep up the good work!

Worst maxis branch ever if u want people to line up in order to inquire inform don’t give excuse not enough consultant that’s not problem, you don’t have enough staff ain’t customer issue !

As compared to other branch, there is a room for improvement especially the service attitudes. The stock of phone is also quite limited.
