β β β β β I just wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break sitting and waiting for nothing. If you want to see a Customer Service Officer, do not ever take queue ticket. Customer Service Officer only entertains jumping queue customers without queue tickets. If you are holding on to your queue number, it will take forever. Common sense does not exist in this branch.

Also not many customers , cause itβs pretty hidden away , canβt see so obvious from main road

β β β β β My experience today with the gentlemen manning the queue number was as if I owe the Bank money. The fact is I do not. Very curt in response...and very reluctant to undertake my ask of checking the bank account number etc.
I scrolled down the reviews....saw the poor star rating .4 years ago...well...absolutely no change at all.I might as well start to rethink of why I should bank with CIMB, if not for the convenience factor only. A zero star.
My only 5 star would be the other gentlemen at the bank counter. He was very courteous and undertook all requests very professionally.
Pls go to other banks.
