★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please adjust time information according to MCO time. Here said close 4pm. When i reach 3.10pm it is closed because new timing in MCO. I give input (not blaming) , just saying it is best ti update in google map as many customer will refer to this app and it cause waste of transport time and cost) to Staff said oh it is customer fault not checking maybank website because maybank only update website.. ???.. People give positive feedback also so defensive. Well what can we expect from malaysia bank/customer service.. Nothing new ?. So for thus wo want to come here. Please be updated they open monday to friday from 9.30 am until 3 pm only until further notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse bank ever, no people control queue, some people queue for almost one hour standing outside, and some people just enter straight and get number even without online booking. When mention the issue to them, they pretend nothing and mention the service that I need to do will need to wait for another hour. The staff said “ wait if you can wait”. Such a rude customer service happen in TTDI branches. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at this bank (Maybank Islamic TTDI, KL), on 30 May 2022 @ 11:30 am. The cashier by the name Cik Nurul Hidayah who served me was very polite and friendly. She keep on smiling although there are many customers at that time. Her attitude should be followed by all staff. Keep up the good work Cik Nurul Hidayah. Regards
